Please read this document carefully before using hondatoto's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out herein.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing or using the website, mobile application, or any services provided by hondatoto, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply fully with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use the hondatoto platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and hondatoto as the service provider. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes to the terms shall be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation, Eligibility & Security
User Eligibility
To register and use hondatoto, you must be at least 18 years of age. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and hondatoto reserves the right to close any account found to be in breach of this requirement without prior notice.
Account Information
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts may be suspended or terminated without compensation.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. hondatoto will never request your password via email or live chat. Please notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a hondatoto user, you agree not to engage in any of the following while using the platform:
- Using automated software or methods to access or exploit the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or transactions.
- Attempting to hack, compromise, or interfere with the technical operations of the hondatoto platform.
- Creating more than one account to circumvent restrictions or gain an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law.
Hondatoto reserves the right to take legal action against users who violate these rules, including reporting them to the relevant authorities.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
Official Currency
All transactions on the hondatoto platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring deposits are made via payment methods approved by the platform, including GrabPay, Touch 'n Go, and local bank transfers.
Withdrawal Process
Withdrawals will be processed in accordance with hondatoto's current policies. Users must verify their identity before their first withdrawal is approved. hondatoto reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or a terms violation.
Transaction Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for all transactions carried out through their accounts. Any fees or charges imposed by a bank or third-party payment provider are entirely the user's responsibility and not hondatoto's.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability Limits
Hondatoto shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
Intellectual Property
All content on the hondatoto platform — including logos, graphics, text, software, interface design, and brand names — is the exclusive property of hondatoto and is protected under Malaysian copyright and intellectual property law. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The hondatoto platform may contain links to third-party services such as payment providers. hondatoto is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third-party services. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms of service before using them.
Account Suspension, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Hondatoto reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time where there is evidence of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, platform abuse, or for security reasons. Users whose accounts are terminated due to a terms breach are not entitled to any compensation or refund of remaining balances.
Right to Amend Terms

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the hondatoto platform shall be resolved through the applicable legal processes in Malaysia.
